RE: Proof that I listen to Lycia to
I dunno, it was just something that hit me awhile back when I was listening to it. So cyclical, so much between extremes. There are moments of happiness, depression, hope, despair, flame, and ice throughout the whole piece. I'm glad it was released as a double album rather than two separate albums. Makes for a nice long listen. I think that's one of the things that makes "Burning Circle and Then Dust" one of my favorites out of the catalogue. Every album seems to revolve around a single moment, or moments, or a single perspective, whereas this one captures so many different little moments that are a part of the same whole. Then again, maybe I'm just being delusional. If there's anything "astronomical" behind it we could have a very interesting conversation. It was my hobby when I was a kid. Knowing a little "behind the music" helps quite a bit, of course :).
