Actually, he's working on both..  Like I said, The Cure are supposed to be
going into the studio this month to record demos for a new Cure album...
Basically, during their 2 month break on the Dreamtour, Robert went through
some stuff in the garage, dug out the old pedals he used on The Head On The
Door, and ended up writing a whole new album's worth of Cure material with
them..   Robert said if everything goes well, then they'll record and release
it as a Cure album...probably no tour, though...  He also said the new songs
are darker than Bloodflowers and focus on The Cure's dark atmospheric side
:^)

    There are also 7 songs from the Bloodflowers sessions that weren't on the
US version (although "Coming Up" was on the Japanese release and "Spilt Milk"
was released as a bonus mp3 through CDNow)...  So they basically have a whole
EP of songs that are already recorded that I think were originally intended as
b-sides for CD singles that were never released...

Robert's also working on a solo album with guest artists like Reeves Gabrels
as well as various Cure members...  Supposedly his solo stuff is quite
different from The Cure....  I'm not exactly sure if any of it is recorded yet
or what state it is in at the moment...

And I guess that's about what I know :^)
