well, I don't know about DEVO (except for them teaching me how to whip it
good...well not like _that_)....but kraftwerk lets say shall be the
godfathers of ummmm...disco?  no, I know kraftwerk totally kicks ass and I
can say yes they probably influenced throbbing gristle members back then at
some point but I think TG had their own thing, but, were talking about
industrial tunes(I think kraftwerk would cover all electronic excursions).
neubauten...im not sure when they came in, i haven't heard a lot of their
music though my girlfriend has everything they have put out....ohhhh, and
then there is tangerine dream....who came in the 60's???  im not sure but
they were very cool until the 80's (except for the Legend soundtrack which
is probably one of the most amazing albums I have ever heard) when they made
Atari muzak.  i dont think this made sense...
