IRC channels are now linked, yay

hihi everyone!

Just wanted to let everyone know that the #lycia IRC channels on EFnet and
darkNET are linked together so you can join either network and be heard on
both, so you can use whatever is your favourite.

To those without an IRC client, there is also a java irc client on the website
(lycia.darkspire.net) so people can join straight through their browser
without installing or messing with anything.  Good for new users and for
people who roam.
