Administrivia: Changes to lycia-news

hihi.

There are some changes to lycia-news.  First off, everyone will receive the
digest version by default.  You can move to the normal list if you'd like.
There's info on how to do this at the end of this email.

Since I'm way behind in keeping up with news and posting it to the list,
I'm moving it to a open-contribution list.  It'll still be moderated to
prevent abuse or spamming, but all the contributions can be submitted by
anyone.  Digests will be sent out every Sunday morning unless there are no
messages for the week or if the issue contains something time-sensitive.

In order to post something to the list, shoot a message to
<lycia-news@support-cause.lists.darkspire.net> and it'll be added to the queue.  CC,
Forward, Bounce, whatever... as long at it somehow makes it to
<lycia-news@support-cause.lists.darkspire.net> it'll work.  If you would like your email
address to be masked out, or if the post is time-sensitive, please indicate
in the email.  Note that your email address will *always* be masked out in
the web-based archives, in order to save you from spam and other rubbish.

Okie, that about covers it.  If anyone has any suggestions or question
please let me know.  Feel free to begin submitting news at any time.

To move yourself from the digest list to the normal list:

Send an email to <majordomo@support-cause.lists.darkspire.net> with the following in the
body:

unsubscribe lycia-news-digest
subscribe lycia-news
end

and then respond to the confirmation email(s).  Or you can visit the
following URIs in succession:
